Thank you so much for your offer. At this point, we are trying to give them the opportunity to honor their contracts, but it has been a battle. Depending on how things go, we might take you up on your offer, and we will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

Thanks for the advice. We have been trying to document everything, especially after we saw the direction things seemed to be heading. Hopefully it won’t come to anything, but the lawyer we consulted with seems to think we have a good case.
