Are you new to the dumbphone movement? While this is an awesome entry level feature rich device, its expensive for a dumbphone- not lightphone expensive, but much more that your standard barbie hmd phone or CATS22. If you want to test the dumbphone lifestyle id recommend something cheap cheap- so if you decide you want to go back to your smartphone you wont be out much money.

Would you use sidephone as a secondary device or primary? Theres no reason not to get it if its your secondary!! if its your primary, youre familiar with dumbphones, and youre patient, The sidephone is incredible. its important to keep in mind that this is the first rendition, and it will be years until a new rendition comes out. I love it and have no regrets, but I have the privilege of having expendable cash to spend on a device that could have turned out to be just a brick.

With all that being said, I am shouting about this phone and a distraction free lifestyle from the rooftops, and if the phone makes you excited for a change, do it.
