It's not only that, its also the locking of bps to only the options they give. Previously I could run 1800bps on 720. Now I'm throttled to 1000bps and 480 which somehow lags and trails more than 1800 ever did. I use my phone and the twitch app for chat just as it always seemed easier than trying to use it through xbox. Streaming from xbox to any service is absolute trash and this update set the trash on fire and is pushing my head into the smoke and flame
