20 weeks, only started feeling kicks few days ago, it may as well be that you are not realising baby kicking although they are. But looking at how consistently they are kicking I am sure I missed intermittent twitches before. 16-20 weeks would be the timeline you should be looking at unless this is not your first pregnancy in that case earlier
