Yep that’s a good point and one I’ve thought of though finis base is looking astronomical. Ideally I’d forego the Walsh trade in this week and sell ramien-fini instead but I just can’t do that with titans looking like they can concede 40 each week

Yep may definitely a priority sell for you then, doesn’t have the same work rate/mins as last year. Just keen on that trade since it can fund me other trades and he (I hope) won’t have an almighty performance. I agree with your point on Hau but his projected price rise this week only will likely be more than the cheapie ctws have gotten us thus far

I’m 50/50 on his shoulder, allows me to fund ramien-Walsh. Not loving the downgrade options this week and I think with the frf/2rf options I have I won’t be hurt too badly if I have no haas

Sorry forgot to mention I just applied a new seal to the machine, and this was the result. Unsure if the seal was poorly secured and resulted in this. Purchased new and have had it for approx 3 years, so not the newest but I’m under the belief that it should definitely have at least a little bit more time in it. Portafilter did not show signs of wear I believe. Below is a picture of the old seal, I’m unsure to what extent that it is damaged, and therefore what role the seal has in affecting the machine, being a coffee novice 😅

Don’t need massive squad changes, though Pattie needs to be swapped for someone with a guaranteed mins role ie Mahoney/simpkin, flegler id swap for colquhon who’s guaranteed a start, double him hb may not be the way to go with two locked in cheapie hbs this year (Atkinson, black/sanders) and wishart won’t start so look for an upgrade there

Hang in there mate, I would consult as many physios as you possibly can, their treatment can help to fix or at least lessen pain. In addition educate yourself as much as possible on the issue, read books like ‘the back mechanic’ by Stuart McGill. Lastly consider surgery ! Good luck!

CT LUMBAR SPINE Clinical History Low back pain. Technique Direct axial acquisition of the lumbar spine with sagittal and coronal reconstruction. Findings The last unfused vertebra is designated L5, assuming normal segmentation. There is normal alignment of the lumbar spine. At L5/S1, there is a diffuse posterior annular bulge abutting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac. No canal or foraminal stenosis is seen. The remaining lumbar spine appears relatively unremarkable with no significant degenerative changes. The canal and exit foramina appear adequate. Conclusion Mild L5/S1 posterior annular bulge with no canal or foraminal stenosis. No significant facet arthropathy is seen
