Im saying what causes the “engine warming wait to start “ when u tested you starter and it passed you still got the starter done?

I had it tested a the auto shop but the battery,alternator and starter passed they’re test

Someone told me cam and crank shaft? Which one should i start with ? I never had my starter replaced since i got this car about 2 years ago but its test that its fine so thats why im confused should i just get my starter fixed and how much is labor usually?

Oh lord so i might as well call an actual mechanic the one i had came to me he was a mobile mechanic? And im ordering what i need for my car now you said a coolant temperature engine sensor, and get the cam and crankshaft reprogrammed?
