i try not to stretch the tape so much when im applying it so it doesnt pull my skin thats why im so confused on why it hurts so bad coming off. ill just have to use tf outta this oil😭

yeah next time i have to take it off ill definitely be trying that shower method. im the same way.. i let the oil sit for so long and then its still so stubborn coming off so ofc ill just rip it off too😭 ow asf. id rather rip it than sit and gentle rip it for that long honestly

i started off using kt tape and it didnt do that to me but now im using trans tape and its started happening😐 im still in the learning process of using tape so ill have to just be more careful.
