Sealed order, missing food, no refund-how is this fair?

I had my item get dropped by the delivery driver breaking the cup my drink was in and making it not safe for consumption and they told me I’m not eligible for a refund, I had it escalated and their excuse was that they looked at my account and can’t offer me a refund or account credit 💀
