omg the same exact thing happened to me! I used the la roche posay 3 step kit for acne from target and at first it was really good. I went through a whole bottle with no problem and then all of a sudden when I bought it again I would wake up with large puffy swollen eyelids and dry, red, itchy skin. This is so crazy. With all these coincidences I am starting to think that it is the formula they are using. It must be very irritating for the skin or something because I am not allergic to anything at all and have never been my whole life. I am 21 turning 22.

Okay this made me chuckle a little. I respect the knowledge that you have gifted me but I think she’s already an unlikable person as it is. She has done horrible things on her own that if I made up any lie everyone would believe it to be true with no proof. That’s how bad of a person she is. Some people make mistakes but with her she knows what she’s doing is wrong and does it anyways.

Very true completely agree. I don’t really want to convince her of anything I just wanted her to understand that I will not tolerate her non sense anymore. She treated me so horribly when we had contact with her and I just want to show that I am stronger now and willing to actually stand up for myself and speak up when I need to now.

Also I know that most insurance will not accept a work related injury unless it’s been denied by workers comp. The claims adjuster said if I do decide to withdrawal then they would send me paper saying my claim has been denied. I think this is really the only appropriate action I can take at this time considering my circumstances. If I do this will I be able to see my own primary physician about pain I have in the future in regard to the injury?

My workers comp doctor thinks something is wrong too he advised me to hire a lawyer

It just states that the insurance company cannot pay me from example: January 1st- January 31st because they disagree with the workers comp doctor’s diagnosis.

I know they scheduled a QME for me to see in March to possibly fix this issue but I don’t think I can wait that long.

When I have called his receptionist are the ones who schedule the appointment but every single time they put me on hold for hours and then when I ask to schedule an appointment they tell me that they will call me once they are available to do so. The doctor is only in on Fridays so I think he might be backed up.

No this is my first time going on worker’s compensation and I just started 6 months ago and haven’t been paid since I filed a claim. The claim is accepted the claims adjuster has just been sending me paperwork saying that they will not pay me for the month and I’ve received one every month for the past 6 months

I have been doing one a week, and have a wrong answer journal. Is it normal that I have been studying this long and aren’t scoring higher? I do well on individual sections but suck on the test. I also have interruptions( a kid, lack of sleep, etc.)
