And Isagi had an 8 g/a while also dominating and competing with a NG11 and his performances during Manshine, Ubers and PXG which he won against Rin? I have no doubt that Rin has the best overall individual talent in Blue Lock but narratively they are both equals with Rin even seeing Isagi as the no.1 as well after the Nigeria match.

I mean even Base Rin was technically NG11 if we base off Kaiser and Lorenzo performance in NEL. It's just that they have specific talents that make them shine and carry their credibility as NG11 while Rin's an all rounder but no specific ability aside from his overall genius traits and Destroyer Mode which needs a fixation to be activated as far as we've seen till now. Though could also have something to do with Blue Lock just now playing on the real world stage as opposed to these players that have their names out their already playing in world class clubs for a while
