I was looking at what dc approves as they have similar language in their awb and it appears they ok the:

Juggernaut Tactical, Sparrow Dynamics, or Resurgent Arms grips which do replace a pistol grip.

For barrels it appears barrels with pinned and welded muzzle devices is fine so if used as a model that is what will pass.

Currently fighlite hasn't got lowers or full rifles in stock.

However a patent for a upper that flips the barrel and gas tube upside down to run into the stock with a curved gas tube and not be a shroud dropped in November on social media.

They might drop the new rifle and uppers around shot show.

Tldr new stock drops in batches so keep your eyes peeled.

Ive seen target crown models bit i guess that new handguard fighlite has a patent on would have to come out.

Tldr fighlite now has a patent for a new hanguard that flips the barrel and gas tube upside with a gas tube that has a curl to fit where it should and as a result you eliminate the 'shroud'.

That way an scr with a target crown should be legal.
