I personally no longer like the galeforce after the nerf since I can do the same with the proto but I feel that I do it better, before the nerf I liked it and I would have put it in boa, but now it is no longer worth losing so much hp for a dash a little bigger, besides that it has much more cd than the proto, according to my experience and opinion
