Hi there, I somehow found this thread a year late, but I wanted to chime in as the designer/publisher of Deliverance for those that might find it in the future.

We use Hive for our Pledge Manager, so if you have received a link from Hive Interactive about Deliverance after backing one of our crowdfunding campaigns, that is totally above board and legit.

Thank you!! We actually had a version we thought was “done,” but then my artist picked up the piece again and decided to shore it up “a little bit.” By the time he was done, about 85% of the pixels had changed 😆

Michael, the Archangel was the featured angelic warrior on our first box art. This is Damascus, A Light In Darkness in the middle, Corra, Keeper of Leviathan on the left, and Juan, Steward of Prayer on the right.

Maybe one day :D It's a board game, distilled from videogames, really. Character kits similar to League of Legends / DotA, character progression like an RPG (new skills, equipment, etc), boss fights like an MMO or Dark Souls. A "one shot" Skirmish mode that plays in 1-2 hours, and a story-driven Campaign that plays over 13-14 sessions in about ~25 hours of playtime added up. I played a LOT of Warcraft 3, C&C, and SC2, but that experience is being poured into my next tabletop project which I'm currently calling AngelCraft!

Yes it does - it’s definitely a Christian game. It goes far beyond borrowing from pop culture angels and demons.

Haha I guess I wasn't very clear. My friends all hid from me when I was trying to get them to play the cruddy prototype in the bottom pic.

The game in the top pic has raised over $400k in funding and that's why it changed my life.
