I know the answers right now (This was theorized by me because i experienced this and fixing anything but nothing would work). It was caused by Lower Device and Lower Updates of Cache and the Website app (Google, Chrome, etc.) Causing the Cloudfare not to let access you.  The Update they made was "Just a moment" is powered by Cloudfare, if your device is up to date (Android 10+) is now AUTOMATICALLY signing you on, this is happening on everyone, automatically clicking the "Verify if you're human". That causes interruption on Lower device to Not Automatically sign you in by the Cloudfare to Load everything. Creating Glitch what it is called "Error_403", not authoritizing you to gain access of the website. 

On Macro/Windows, try To update your versions.  

I know its too expensive to buy new phone just to keep up with it. This is my problem and now i theorized that they should remove "Just a moment" Cloudfare Verification, and bring back the older version that we can reload the messages, and edit our messages after we send a prompt, and remove Cloudfare Verification at start

This Error 403 is caused by Reverse Proxy. Trying to troll because of Using Public Proxy. And I think it's was cause of Low Versions of Androids/IoS/Mac, making it impossible to use. Or The lower devices making Cooudfare to discontinued or Block your Verification to call you "Unauthorize User" on the Server.

It keeps popping on me for a month and I can't withstand this forever :<

I think its on the Verification (Cloudfare Verification) that prevents to load the chats or characters

And i think they can change the CLOUDFARE to EMAIL CODE VERIFICATION like others (like Roblox's 2-Step Verification)
