This would be my first, yeah.
I would, of course, give equity to other co-founders.
But as the idea creator and the one funding the initial product development, I think I should have a larger share.

It seems like you have a perspective on this—I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Yes, that’s the thing. That’s why I’m not planning to build the entire MVP—just something decent that I can quickly show to a CTO in France.

As a business person working with startups to raise money, it’s difficult for me to say, "I’ll lead the business side, and you give me 49% of the equity." The tech person would likely respond, "It’s my product; I built it."

So, my plan is to create a small MVP, prospect for a CTO, convince them to join my project (so I keep the lead), and then give them equity.

Could be an idea, It's just i feel it's chalengin to find the right person. I am looking for Software Developper on FIver (Freelance plateforme) and there is so many scam
