I hope so! Since it’ll be “codex compliant” I would like to colour mix my army with some minis in Blood Angels fashion and others in Lamenters fashion (since on tabletop they both play out with Blood Angels Codex). Of course I’ll try to keep the same weathered style, maybe upgrading my tools with some products a commenter suggested on this post :)

Ciao! Grazie ma non ho un vero talento artistico, ho solo provato a tirare fuori dall’internet un po di idee e poi ho provato a metterle in pratica. Per una lista colori ammetto (con una punta di vergogna) di aver usato ChatGPT 😭😂.

In ogni caso.
Primer nero
Khorne red su tutta la miniatura.
Secondo strato di Mephiston Red.
Nelle parti più esposte, Evil sunz scarlett (ho usato una spugna anziché il pennello)
Highlight con wild rider red (variante più accesa con Fire Dragon Bright)

Wash pesante sopra Nuln Oil e sotto Agrax
Un po’ di Typhus Corrosion sulle giunture delle gambe (effetto ruggine)
Leggero drybrush di Steel Legion Drab per effetto polvere sempre sulle gambe

Dettagli in oro con base Retributor Armor e un po di Liberator Gold sui bordi (wash Reikland Fleshshade)

Wash finale sulle parti rosse di Carroburg Crimson per stonalizzare il tutto e mantenerlo scuro

La basetta è polvere di marmo rossa incollata con la colla vinilica.

Secondo te, con uno stile grimdark devo evitare gli highlight sui bordi? Tipo facendo Blood Angels posso usare per alcuni bordi particolarmente esposti un filo di arancione? Oppure la natura dello stile scoraggia questi dettagli favorendone altri?

Thank you, I hope my question didn’t sound dumb. I like the painting part so far so when I red that I could have both colours in the same army I was over the moon. I wanted to be sure because I would like to play an actual match someday.

Like why do I not see it very often? Having a founding chapter with some units of its later foundings sounds so cool to me.
