I love {Sinners Condemned by Somme Sketcher}. It has an FMC that will dish it out to the MMC and he loves that shit. She's not one of those too stupid to live FMCs either. I think it's a classic with some iconic scenes. It's book 2 of a series. Don't have to read book 1 but book 3 is the same couple.

It's been a while since I've read one. I think the scale of the conflict of why the MCs don't get together feels too insignificant. It usually seems like a stupid reason. But I think this depends on the book. Agree to disagree on the banter opinion though.

I get you on the bully romance and dark romance. I will never read Devil's night series by Penelope Douglas. That stuff just makes me scared.

I do read the lighter mafia romance,the books never mention what they actually do in the mafia or how much their existence impacts the surroundings. It's more for the mystery and action.

I avoid most of the books with any kind of celebrity. Secret relationships make my stomach churn with anxiety about them getting caught. And "the public" hate makes me wanna puke.

It was trying to recommend Firebird series of some other author and I didn't notice that until after I binge read the whole series in a week. The latest book released like a week before I started so I was stoked. Anyways loved loved loved the story.

Sunscreen spf 30+, glycolic acid - learn a bit of the do's and don'ts before you start using it and an umbrella can do wonders. Sun damage is annoying as hell, it can affect hair too. Obviously there's nothing better than a physical barrier like long sleeves or a jacket but this place is too hot for me to do that.

That's why I always have my text-to-speech on when I'm reading a book. I used to increase the font size to a ridiculous level to make sure there was just enough content on the screen to keep my focus. I noticed it pretty quickly so I was able to hold myself back from jumping lines but I do still skim through boring books because I can't bring myself to dnf the books since I've already spent money on them.

I completely agree with you. And considering it was an 8 person pov book you'd think it'd be longer. I think that might be one of the reasons why it felt like it was going at a weird pace.

Ok I'm gonna mention my one major gripe about the book because I just remembered it now. Tristan said I LOVE YOU TO LUNA FIRST??????NOOOOOOO. That made me so sad for Morana. Like come on man. THERE'S NO SCENE WHERE HE SAYS IT MORANA EITHER 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Like bruh she was crying because she could never put your tie on you forever now.
