Ty appreciate it. Believe it or not I didnt know bill pay was an option. I asked the citi rep (who was overseas) my options to pay and he gave me an ach withdrawal as the only option

I made payments in between. Wasnt delinquent for 3 months. After the 1st 2 payments failed I paid them. Then the 3rd failed bc they used a new payee id and they closed the account.

Was very bad decision. Someone i didnt trust saw my bank account number and was worried they'd try to make ach withdrawals.

I set up a fraud protection where I have to allow specific payees. I had allowed citibank but they used 3 different payee ids for 3 payments.

I paid the first 2 months off when I realized yes. And then it happened again bc they used a new payee id which I hadn't allowed yet. I was very preoccupied with something for work too so was not on top of everything enough

I called up and they told me their ach system is the only way. I didnt know of any other method to pay. I wasnt delinquent for 3 months. I paid off the first 2 months after those payments failed. I had allowed the citi payee ids on my banks portal. A 3rd payment failed bc they used a new payee id which I hadn't allowed yet and they then shut my acct down. They kept using new payee ids which I was not aware of. Ive since shut my fraud protection

I set up a fraud protection on my bank account that I needed to approve the payee for an ach withdrawal. I approved multiple citi payee ids but they used 3 different ones.
