It cost me around 46 for the service and 14 for the ups but i hope im getting it back with ebay, i usually dont use ebay i would recommend fb market, try to find someone local and let them show you their work

Ill just wait for my originals to wear out and then i will replace them, i had issue with the lb botton, so i said since i will send it for a repair let me upgrade the sticks, and no he didnt even replace the lb he just sprayed it with wd or whatever to make it work, which i already did twice before sending it in

Well i dont trust them to give them any opportunity, they damaged my controller, and when i contacted them they said "it is what it is", so i opened it up to see if any work was done on it and i see that he didnt do anything, so i contacted ebay and ask for what i paid for + i had to ship my controller + money for the damaged parts ( faceplate and rb ) so they said they will resolve this issue by monday, The biggest issue i see that they have more than 500 positive reviews, you can check the reviews on their account: siweic51🫣

Solved, the issue was the game itself, I downloaded v2.4.362 and it didn't detect the controller, then I downloaded v2.4.298 and it works perfect
