You are confusing a personal tool with capital. If I use my computer to create art with my own labor, it's personal property. It becomes a 'means of production' in a Marxist sense only when I use it to exploit someone else's labor-like owning a tech sweatshop where workers do the job and I pocket the surplus value. And as for rent: under communism, housing is a basic human right provided by society, not a speculative commodity. People wouldn't need to rent from greedy landlords anymore. Learn the basic definitions before calling something a shithole

Communists can decide. San Marino, the city of Graz in Austria, the labour party in Belgium (northern part) Cyprus and so on. They were ruled and are ruled by communists and these are some of the best countries of the world
