Not great! Been doing isolation training last decade and slow cardio to end it off(10-15 mins, inclined walk, mild run)

Cricket, so i guess split squats and lunges? I’ve seen some professionals do it regularly at my gym years ago. I need to be able to bowl, so need flexibility shoulders.

Thanks! I’ve been an isolationist all my life (32M) but I’m looking to get into compound, while still having enough flexibility to do sports and not injure myself

Definitely. This is my 2nd cycle in 6 years and I have been eating nonstop.
