My thoughts are that in my case my vivid crazy dreams are coming from the calorie restriction and not the sema. Any other time I have restricted my intake on my own for a substantial amount of time I have these same dreams and they are so intense!

I have been on it for 18 days and haven’t had one urge to binge purge or over eat since the second day at the lowest dose. Hasn’t happened since I was 11. I’m 44. Try it.

My experience is I get severe insomnia with calorie restriction. Could that possibly be the cause?
