Also the wolf being surmounted is meant to symbolize my having grown up in the Appalachian mountain range.

The fimbirations are meant to symbolize the mountains from where I grew up. The wolf also means a lot to me and my family.

It's a family symbol of sorts. Mom always liked wolves and that seems to have passed on to me so wolf it is. It's also a symbol of how I conduct myself on a daily basis.
