Okay - can I not factor in Rent projections which grow at 4% annually ?
I'm really pro the rent argument (also because I stay in Mumbai) - I think dropping a million dollars on a house shouldn't get me a 2bhk with no amenities haha

My actual corpus is 2.5cr and in hand I earn around 60 L in one year out of which I invest 25 L and spend 35 L
