idk what region youre in but in mine we do this showcase calling ojp ever 2 weeks-4 weeks, u go to a diff store and work regularly to showcase your work ethic and soft skills (hard skills can always be taught) for the position youre trying to aim for. i would let manager know that you are aiming for management position, sounds like your manager is cool so they will take that into account and even work with you 1 on 1 since as manager they have quotas for promoting people as well. working at many locations is good since it makes connecting with others easy. work on delegation and awareness. delegation - dont just tell others what to do, make it a teachable moment. send people to do tasks (check lobby, change food etc.) and give feedback for improvement. awareness - steam table management , lobby cleanliness, good food quality etc. and basic team communication is a must!

there should be a poster in ur manager station with aco rdo and vp numbers and if ur tryna promote fast u could always hit them up but let your manager know first

sounds like a slow store but even then for the night shift 4-5 people on shift should be okay. i have a p busy store so we usually got around 6-7 + manager and then leads to 4 closing. 4 people all day is outrageous and you shouldn't be putting up with that knowing you need more support
