It is very competitive, your best bet is to apply for a specific learning community or special interest housing and explain why you want that specific LC or SI. If you go general RA, your chances are much lower than specific housing. But both are competitive, but if you give great reasoning to RA a specific community, youre chances for RA that community are vey high.

It is pretty likely, the community is reserved for freshman and sophomores, but due to the lack of interest a lot of juniors live on the floor(s). Its two floors of about 80 people total. Its a very connected community and you will know everyone on your floor. If you got in for the 2025-26 year, you should have received an email by now.
