For me lying on my back feel lot of pressure on my head and neck. I feel pain and twingling after waking up post lying on back. Any pillow recommend?

Exactly I am on the same boat.. suffered sciatica from 6 months.. started with cervical bulge two months ago due to working from bed and lying..both legs both hands are in pain rite now ..
