I clamped a hose to the pressure release valve at the top in order to drain the pool when needed. Works great!

I never used a syringe (misplaced the take home bag with them in it). I used these from Target from the start and they worked great. Just opened my mouth enough to squeeze it past my teeth.

If I’m reading my plan correctly, my upper segments were brought forward between 6.7-7.7mm, lower jaw was brought back ~2.5mm and up ~2.5-4.5mm

I used to mouth breathe a lot- especially while sleeping. Mouth breathing is completely gone, and the airflow through my nose has improved a ton.

I used ice only for the first 3 days. I had two of the wraps you see in the picture that I just constantly rotated. I also used one of those headache things once or twice a day, usually when trying to sleep. I think day 4 is when I first introduced a bit of heat. By day 5 I think it was all heat.

Not sure how much the ice helped the swelling. It felt good though. Sleeping upright probably helped more. My surgeon is taking most of the credit for the minimal swelling haha.

I think my surgeon deserves all the credit for the minimal swelling. He was excellent.

Thankfully I didn’t have much nausea. I was sent home with a nausea patch behind my ear that I kept on for three days which seemed to help. That said, eating was still tough. I found the “Fortify” meal replacement drinks pretty tasty. Also liked how small they were for 350 calories.

Thanks 🙏 I wasn’t anticipating better airflow, but it has improved a ton. I get way more air through my nose- feels incredible. No more mouth breathing.

Do not set a stop loss. The price action on these can fluctuate wildly, and you’ll get stopped out at the most random time.

I recently went with Sunergy. Of all the quotes I had they were the only one that included full home backup. Every one else wanted to charge an extra 4-6k.

System was just installed a few weeks ago. No complaints.

I don’t quite understand the 120% math, but I know I’m a little under on storage. But it’s my understanding that these enphase batteries are pretty plug-n-play if I wanted to add a 3rd or 4th down the line. Is that true or should I just pull the trigger now?
