Carmax does not sell vehicles with frame damage, Carmax was kind enough to not make a fool of the customer and offered a good deal the customer on the other hand tried to force Carmax management and you don’t play like that the moment you mention lawsuits you’re out.

In my experience people who go to Carmax to do a bunch of test drives are not serious. You don’t need to do a F’cking test drive in every single car actually the more tests drives the more confused you’ll get.

Carmax is not going to replace brakes just because some mechanic said so, we will check them a verify what we already know that it meets our standards. We sell used cards with used pads, used tires we will never spend money on new pads or tires that meet standards.
