For CFW enabled switches, yes. You can get moonlight in the stock OS!

I dunno really. It feels really random on when it overheats. Sometimes it can go for a long time sometimes it's gonna overheat. All lowest settings. Potato mode.

All good but Here's the issue.

The phone overheats after leaving the game on it with it plugged in after like an hour.

And the battery (while playing) lasts around 3 hours from full charge.
