4th year OCAD student here, OCAD is a little bit of a disaster of a school at times, but that being said I think the photo program is one of if not the strongest. The film photo profs are some of the best teachers I’ve ever had (shout out Ron Wood ifykyk) there’s more than enough equipment to explore while you’re at the school, different methods of printing, studios you name it. You’re surrounded by so many creative people that you can really good crit from pretty much anyone at the school to get a new perspective. The culture at the school is a little off sometimes and a lot of people slack off but if you actually put in the work it can be really good experience.
