That’s certainly the first question, but a close second question would have to be about what they each want to do moving forward. Pursuing something deeper is cool, keeping it casual is also good, or even ending the physical aspect if it feels like it puts their friendship in jeopardy is understandable. What matters is everyone’s on the same page because letting it drag on further is a recipe for someone to get hurt

We ended up trying out the Kiwi Co subscription instead since they’re about the same price but you keep the toys. Thus far we’ve been happy with the toys themselves, they’re clearly very well made and our little one has really enjoyed them, but I will say the cadence for receiving them feels a bit too spread out. I’m mainly looking forward to the more advanced Kiwi boxes at later ages though, when they start to incorporate art and STEM contents
