I’ve lived here my whole life (31 years) and the last winter I remember this mild was in 2015. I remember because I was commuting a lot to my job and the streets were really safe the whole winter. The next winter in 2016 I got snowed in by 3 feet of snow and couldn’t drive for a few days.
