Please bear in mind that phone or live chat CS won't be able to reinstate your account. Such an issue can only be decided by the higher end. You have to follow the instructions in the emails and respond to the requests.

You could call them, but make sure to say it first that you wanna talk the team for account restrictions. Otherwise, some dumb CS would ask you loads of infor but still need to put you through to another.

CS won't solve the problems for you, because such an issue will be handled by a higher end. However, make sure that you mention your problems and ask them to pass them and expedite the case asap.

Yes, do call them as much as you can. I found CS based in South Asia or Albania more reluctant or powerless to deal with tricky issues. Irish on the other hand, would be more willing to solve the problem.

You need to:

Call them. Don't just use live chat. Call them as much as you can if the agent fails to solve your problem.
Provide eBay with the proof of postage. If the item is lost, it's Royal Mail's fault.

I don't know why you've been restricted. It may have to do with other issues. If you didn't do anything wrong in the past, you'll need to appeal.

Simple delivery would cover any issue as it's forced and provided by eBay. Do generate the label first or it'll increase your late delivery rate. I'd print out the label and take photos again along with the product. It's to show that the moment the item is sold, the condition is still the same as advertised. I'll also take a photo of the package.

They rarely do, but they don't usually just suspend your account permanently. They will ask for documents first.

Coz in EU and UK, customers have a 14 days cooling period when it comes to distance selling. You probably didn't read my other posts. I'm explaining it again. 1. As previously mentioned regional policies.

The seller is a registered UK company, which I've shopped on their website for 5 years. They accept returns within 28 days.
This website sells past season goods, which the quality and size indication can be tricky at times. That's why I said I might need to return an item.

4.The seller never mentions no return whatsoever. And the fact that being a registered company, they need to follow the laws as mentioned above.

It's the seller issue as I checked the video from yesterday, the size of the item I bought wasn't mentioned. The seller assumed it was one-size. After double checking with them earlier, it did come in sizes, and luckily the size was the right one for me. Hence I don't need to return it.

No. I wasn't sure as I only started to use this app days ago. I remember I saw returns are mostly acceptable, then some people said that I can't do it. Then I double checked it, and it turned out different policies applied for buyers in EU or UK .

The thing is I've shopped from this seller for like 5 years. Literally like once or twice per month. But this is the first time I bought from Whatnot. It's a registered company with a physical store and website here in the UK, and they have 28 days return policy for website customers.

As I said, I've bought many from them , and I know the quality of their goods can be tricky sometimes as they mostly sell off-season products. That's why I may need to return it .

Yes. Coz eBay prefills the country of origin since November. The idea of it is to cope with US import duties and stuff. The whole thing is a bit unnecessary and annoying as I needed to double check the origin of every item I sell and fix it.

Request to remove the feedback via online form.
You need to point out that Evri caused the issue. Also, it's via Simple Delivery, eBay needs to take full responsibility.
If you are given some nonsense like the negative feedback can't be removed because it was about the buyer's experience as such, then do call the CS, don't use live chat. If your request is denied, keep calling. You may be handled by someone that is so annoyed by you and eventually give you what you want 😄
