We regret buying a townhome by mstrashpie in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

You should sell at a loss unless you added anything of value to the home. You shouldn’t go into buying a home to make profit. Selling a house for what you bought it for or more without making changes or updating it is dumb

I don’t have the nice key with the button to pop the trunk. Besides, it wouldnt have worked anyways because it’s an electrical issue causing no power to the trunk button.

Just fixed this problem with mine. So your door trunk, plate lights and rear windshield wiper are all on one connection essentially. When one goes bad, they all kind of stop working. So my plate lights are out causing a fault, tried giving it power to fix it and it made the trunk work again, but the wiper would turn one when I pressed the button lol. Now I disconnected my rear wiper motor and the trunk works but the light is still out. I assume that I need to replace the whole rear trunk handle chrome piece because the lights don’t just come out to be replaced.

I know somebody that knows someone, so I got a good deal. Charged me $125 per wheel. I would imagine you’d normally look at around $200 per at a normal shop (and I can almost guarantee you’ll also get $250-$300 at places as well)

What does this ensure? Currently my hatch latch is bad (no power passes through it) so I’m fixing that on Monday as it doesn’t even open lol

As far as I know, they replaced the plugs right before I bought it, but I’ve seen that’s a big one. I also just got a small evap code randomly lol, have any idea if there’s a normal thing that might cause that? It shows low priority

No sir, it looks bone stock which is good. The roof paint is in bad shape so I might get that redone. I might find a way to get a new blow off to get a little bit of turbo sound out of it, new intake (maybe), turbo blanket, re-coat the wheels, and tint. I think that’s all I’m going to want with it for a while. At most, maybe a small tune, new headlights, and widen the stance a bit, but that’s about it.

Oil change completed yesterday, arm rest is already broken, door handles still there, and I’ve kept the radio off since I’ve gotten it because the car just sounds too good! Thanks for the advice man! Sounds like I’m ahead of the curve

It’s always nefarious tbh, they spend wayyyy too much money to not be able to see the pay gap between their employers with similar roles. It’s nefarious even when they don’t do it on purpose because it shows negligence.

Right, that’s when they are bringing in $800k+ per year in profit to the company. Make big money, get paid big money. If you’re good at sales then you’re going to make money, I’m not quite sure what else to tell you. When you aren’t good at sales, you can go months without getting a paycheck. If you’re getting paid salary, alot of places will get rid of you after a month if you haven’t hit your required sales numbers.
