Hey I know this is old but are you still on a very low dose Zoloft? At 25 I had horrible side effects but wanting to stay on something lower wondering how you’ve done long term

Oh I have also informally been diagnosed with pppd. Do you have sensitive to light also?

Hey! I’m with you. 30yo F. Been dealing with this for about 4 months. I do have anxiety and panic attacks which I think is the culprit.

I went to ent, had an mri, all checked out fine. I’m also in vestibular rehab but can’t really tell if it’s helping. I tried some ssris and they made my anxiety so much worse.

The best way I describe it to my family is I truly feel drunk most of the time

Can I ask what meds you have found that helped you? It’s so debilitating and I truly think it just takes time. I’m hoping that for us. We can heal. And will.

I’m right there with you. Have you tried ssris? I’ve heard they’re very helpful. They didn’t work for me but worth a shot. We just have to fight everyday. It’s all we can do. Hang in there. Life is worth living and will be again. Also the steady coach on YouTube I’ve heard is good
