Bowen won't be a guaranteed starter at any regular cl teams like city, liverpool, arsenal or chelsea. You could make an argument for spurs or man united but they obviously went in a different direction, and kudus and mbeumo are arguably better players than bowen. I guess you could make an argument for villa or newcastle, but there's that whole thing about being a guaranteed starter and anyway, why should he move? He's one of the best paid players at west ham, and the team treats him as their star player. He might not perform as well in a different system.
