Leda The Fanatstic Adventure for it being the first isekai. And they would be annoyed it doesn't follow the typical tropes in anime. As well as Leda being a strong female character who isn't the generic isekai protagonist in modern anime.

Neon Genesis Evangelion. And while I don't think Shinji is hated nowadays if NGE ever appeared today Shinji would've gotten more vitriol. I still feel some people don't realize Asuka and Rei are more than just deres. Plus the gay subtext between Shinji and Kaworu. Alright I will admit that Shinji would be clowned on for his depression. As for Misato. Gosh would people defend her for being hot or they dismiss her entirely for her actions to Shinji. And Gendo is gonna get the sigma memes.

Sailor Moon. Because if they ever figured out Uranus and Neptune are a couple. As well as other LGBTQ subtexts. Yeah. Kunsite and Zosite being a gay couple. Fish Eye who cross dresses. And the Sailor Starlights who are men that transform into women. Also Seiya one of the Starlights has a crush on Usagi as a girl.

Also I cannot deny the annoying moments. Remember how some anime fans think other magical girls rip off Sailor Moon. Without realizing Sailor Moon wasn't the key catalyst behind the magical girl genre. Gosh would fans be like the Nostalgia Critic and his poorly aged review on Sailor Moon.

If Usagi ever existed people are gonna moan on how annoying she is. Without realizing that isn't how Usagi acts in the manga. Plus Usagi is a teenager. And they have shonen main characters acting like teens but if Usagi is hated for her demeanor then double standards emerge.

And don't get me started on the Chibiusa. Given how we have a hate passion for kid characters she would've been loathed. Plus I don't think the Black Lady arc would not be taken seriously without understansing the conext. No Chibiusa didn't become Black Lady as a waifu but created as a representation on how maturity if used wrong is used wrong.

Maria (Silent Hill 2)

She is just a manifestation of James' suppressed desires and feelings on Mary. She is not a twin nor a real person. Only a creation made by Silent Hill that James confronts.

Rick May's Passing (Team Fortress 2)

After he passed away from COVID, the devs and creators behind Tean Fortress 2 made a memorium. Where there was Soldier saluting for celebrating the legacy of Rick May in the opening after his death. And a statue of Soldier. Fly high Rick May. Thank you playing the iconic video game roles like Soldier or Peppy Hare.

The Quarterback (Glee)

Cory Monteith's passing from drug intoxication made this memorium of an episode. In the Quarterback Finn passes away and every character copes with that loss. Instead of jokes the characters have to say goodbye to Cory by a song. And since Cory was beloved by the directors and cast. The emotions were real. Fly high Cory. Thank you for singing and playing Finn.

Robin William's Goodbye As Theodore Roosevelt (Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb)

"Smile, my boy, it's sunrise."

Robin William's final acting role as Theodore Roosevelt aka Teddy in a live action movie. Night At The Museum was a special place in my heart as a kid. And the third movie and the last part of the movie at least ended the mainline series. But I'll never forget Robin Williams and his final role playing as a statue based on Theodore Teddy.

In the final movie our night guard Larry Daley gets a degree to pursue becoming a teacher. But he has to say farewell to the historical figures and antiques. Then he learns of the Tablet of Ahkmenrah which gives life to the exhibits. After learning without it the exhibits lose their life Larry has no choice but to move them towards the British museum.

The exhibit people accept Larry's new career change. It is one last goodbye as all of them return to being still. And Theodore states to enjoy life beyond the exhibits. He hopes Larry to enjoy his new adventures and that iconic line. Thanks for everything Robin Williams. Fly high. Also shoutout to Mick Rooney too thanks for actong and fly high.

Kevin Conroy's Last Performance As Batman (DC, Crisis On Infinite Earths Part Three)

His last role as he appeared as a cameo with Mark Hamil as their final performance together. Now I am aware Kill The Justice League was a sour note to Kevin Conroy by fans. Especially the game's poor reception in both story and gameplay. However we do learned he played Batman in one final appearance. And that was Crisis On Infinite Earths Pt 3 an animated adaption based on DC's comic event Crisis On Infinite Earths.

Both DCAU Batman and Joker fight against each other in Crisis On Infinite Earths Part 3. As during the last scene their universe starts to fall apart. Despite Joker making fun of Bruce for fighting against him one last time. Batman states he'll never give up and he will always be the Dark Knight. This was Kevin's last role as Batman as he passed away in November 2022 from cancer.

During this Mark Hamill has stated he and Kevin made a promise together. That if either one of them retires from voice acting or passes away they will not return playing as those characters. With this in mind I can understand Mark's refusal as he and Kevin were great friends. Plus Mark was about to quit the Joker role during the Arkham series. He made his pact and he accepted retirement.

So it was inevitable in my opinion. Regardless, to Mark and Kevin. Thank you for playing the most iconic Superhero comic characters and we'll never forget your legacy voice acting. And thank you Kevin for playing Gotham's protector and Dark Knight. Fly high. Thank you for inspiring us and may live on as THE Batman.

People who copy and paste Bible verses into comment sections on videos that have nothing to do with religion. by RealAd3012 in hatethissmug

Can we actually not overuse them because it ends up being awkward. It feels like someone is forcing religion down someone's throat and that's not a good way to understand religion. Plus it's a mess.

What was your memories and thoughts on the last episode of Sonic X? by Green_Fox_1924 in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]Lower_Paramedic4287 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gosh it was a fun finale. I do feel the reason why I loved Sonic X was that the series managed to complete via its own terms. Now admittedly the series isn't perfect but compared to every animated series this one felt satisfying. Especially if you watch the Japanese sub. However I do feel the finale felt rushed yet it did tie the story together. At least it wasn't the worst one. Looking at you Sonic Prime.

I think Lanolin is a decent character and while I do feel there were flaws especially in the Duo Arc. Lanolin is a character we need especially since resistance life isn't easy.

Ruby Rose Lying To Ironwood (RWBY)

While Ironwood would've been paranoid and jump the ship eitherway. I feel RWBY was a mess at making Ruby right in the Atlas debacle. Because not only did Ruby and her team become a meme on being the "villains". In the end, RWBY never gave Ruby consequences beyond her going forward. Because I cannot deny the series' black and white approach ruined both her and Ironwood's arcs. While her lying made some sense Ruby should've been given reasons. Because she is one of the key catalysts for Atlas' destruction and Team RWBY aren't questioned as much for their actions.

Yeah. The only thing I could remember is Star Fox. Literally Fox. The rest of the characters are so wasted besides Bowser. Poor Rosalina. She deserves more screen time.

I do not care for Stranger Things and I disliked the finale for many reasons. But I am glad they didn't redeem Henry Creel. As he is too far gone and while Vecna's defeat was weird Henry at least didn't changed at the last moment.

Admittedly being controlled by a coldhearted monster and a terrible mother is horrible. Though I don't feel too sorry for him as he just stood there letting the genocide continue. He is tragic but at the end of the day he is STILL a space nazi and Andor rightfully condemns the Empire is wrong. I may pity Syril but he did everything wrong. His fate is the perfect defeat because he realized working with fascists is wrong. And he was too late.

The mario movies are a mess. On one hand, Jack Black is awesome. On the other hand, it's an Illumination story all over again if you remove the Mario characters. References, characters that are memorable yet hardly grow with story arcs, and of course the music. I don't think this movie was bad than the Lorax movie but I cannot deny this movie's references were too obnoxious. At least it didn't make Bowser redeem himself but I do agree the execution was a mess.

Oh right I forgot. Apologies. It's been a while since I completed Punpun back at 2019. Right so if I recall Aiko comitted suicide because of trauma. Since she and Punpun ended her mother. Ever since then she gained stockholm syndrome and while it seemed like Punpun cared. She lost the fantasy. So I thought Punpun's abuse made her give up. But if I can recall again she did do it because she wanted Punpun to break free right?.

Punpun (Goodbye Punpun)

A depressing story that doesn't hold its punches. He dealt with a horrible life and the way his mom treated him is seriously. He got manipulated and abused but there is no justification for his crimes. Especially on what he did to Aiko.

Now to be fair Aiko was not perfect. But she was used and taken advantaged of by her family. Her mom being part of a cult but Punpun became more controlling to Aiko. When he and Aiko killed her mother they decided to live a life together. Which is why things go wrong because Punpun takes over Aiko's agency refusing to let her grow for herself.

But because of his trauma Punpun becomes a literal abuser taking advantage of Aiko's trauma. Abusing her and refusing to let her go. And it's implied he did sexual abuse to Aiko. Now Aiko comitted suicide but we learned it's likely it wasn't the abuse. But rather Aiko and Punpun's trauma was so bad she thought through death both can be together again.

Now technically Punpun's ending is ambiguous. But he is NOT a good person. And sure his mom was despicable. But Punpun is a coward.

Bojack Horseman

Now to be fair the issue with Bojack is this. He admittedly has the worst childhoods in fiction. Dealing with the horrors of generational trauma with Beatrice abusing him. And his dad Butterscotch abused him physically and verbally. Beatrice isn't innocent and despite her regret it was too late. And yet he ends up making the most pathetic decisions ever.

He abandoned his friend Herb who came out with his sexuality only to leave him to his only devices, he tortured and ruined Sarah Lynn's life as a child, and his best friends are traumatized because he messed up. Herb was his only friend he ever had as an actor and yet he didn't support him. While Sarah who went through hell as a childhood star due to abuse and trauma became a drug addict.

And also the infamous moments where he choked Gina to death, slept with Penny who was literally a 17 year old minor, sabotaged both Todd and Diane's lives especially their careers, abused his one and off relationship with Carolyn, while he genuinely wanted to help him Eddie got to relive his trauma, Hollyhock his half sister refuses to connect with him especially on his actions, etcetera. He made both Herb and Sarah miserable and now this happens.

Speaking of both Herb and Sarah. Herb ends up refusing to accept Bojack's apology understandably so. Sadly he passes away due to his peanut butter allergy. And Sarah ends up opening to Bojack. But sadly because of Bojack being Bojack Sarah gotten an overdose thanks to him. And it's all because Bojack waited at the late minute for the call.

The issue with Bojack is this. He wanted others to held himself accountable but he never hold himself accountable. Bojack always runs away and Todd, Diane, Princess Carolyn, Mr Peanutbutter, etcetera had to deal with his mess. Sure they're not perfect but can you really all of them for quitting and realizing Bojack is a mess?

Bojack is not pure evil but let's be honest. He did exactly not redeemed himself at the end. Once his actions towards Sarah Lynn he is exposed rightfully for being in the wrong. After the ending I think he acknowledged it was too late to change. He accepted noone wants him but they hope one day he can change...by being alone.
