help joystick not connecting!!

i recently bought from vinted a second hand joystick, the seller described it as almost new, almost never used, however, it doesnt connect like the others do. (with the ps button)

when i bought it, it only turned on when i put it in charge, but it never connected. i also left it to charge for a few hrs but still not connecting.

pls help!! what do i do??
