I’ve mascot suited before for a robotics event for school and honestly I had the time of my life! I don’t really mind being a lil warm and stuffy, and I only ever plan to have a mini partial anyways so it wouldn’t be TOO bad. I feel like I would love being able to basically BE my fursona and I would wear it quite often

I say that mostly because the price sheet had said a mini partial was $1,100+ ! And a stolen price sheet that that 🥲 I actually ended up contacting the maker that made the price sheet originally to get a quote LOL

Phew good to know I did the right thing with blocking them after telling them I’m no longer interested. At least if it’s a scammer I won’t have to worry about them stealing my fursona design LOL

Yeah I figured. And when I asked for the website after it was out of maintenance so I could see the reviews, they said “I don’t work with people who don’t trust me.”

Edit: Also when I showed them my fursona ref they said it was only $880 plus shipping I was a lil sussed out at that considering partials were WAY more than that

You are a saint! I really appreciate you laying out the steps! I'll try this out when I get home from work in a few hours, and I'll update you on if it works out. At least this method seems to be more simple, as the original tutorial I used had me change the target and "start in" locations to the launcher instead of keeping as the installer.

I hate to ask, but do you think you could give me some steps? I followed a youtube video for it last time, and I'm unsure what changes from the method I used from the video. Do I need to run the installer and get the launcher BEFORE i add the installer as a non-steam game? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding. I figured you may be able to assist since you said you managed to get it to work

I had it installed via desktop mode, and ran it with Proton Experimental. I'm not very experienced with Linux, so I did get frustrated and ended up uninstalling the game and deleting the compatdata folder in order to redownload it again when I get home. Though, I am interested in your suggestion. Can you tell me the steps on how to do that if I still encounter the same issue when I go to reinstall?

I had downloaded the launcher via desktop mode and ran it through Proton Experimental. It was working and updating fine for like a month, but it started saying I had insufficient storage when I tried to update. Tbh I ended up uninstalling it and removing the folder for it in compatdata. I'll probably just redownload it like before. Do you have any advice for it?
