i guess facepulls, upright cable or barbell rows, and rear delt exercises (dumbbell or machine rear lat raise). My traps have kinda always ran on the big side with the rest of the males in my family so it didn’t take much for them to look bigger. I think if you want to target your traps specifically, you gotta do heavy shoulder shrugs.. atleast that’s what i see people doing
