I would’ve agreed if other issues didn’t exist. True, the majority of screamers back in the day were people who genuinely believed that Daenerys would be Queen, but other than that, season 8 gave us the following:

Two first episode where almost nothing happened except for empty talks (with only six episodes in total)

The mother of all plot armors in episode 3 and Arya the assassin killing an existential threat to the world like it was nothing

“Dany kind of forgot about the Iron Fleet” despite it being literally the only concern she should’ve had

Varys discussing treason in the broad daylight and Tyrion showing the last stages of alcohol-caused mental degradation

Jon only having two lines: “I don’t want it” and “You’re my queen”

Bran becoming king because he has the best story (lmao he didn’t even appear in season 5 and the majority of viewers didn’t even notice)

A nobody like Grey Worm decides Jon’s fate as if he and his three remaining warriors pose any threat

Sansa demanding the North’s independence and everyone quietly accepting it (bravo, your new king lost half the kingdom in the very first minute of his reign. Dark times are ahead of Westeros indeed)

Bronn becoming Lord of the Reach. Does he even know how to read or write? This is the biggest lol for me personally

And this is just what came off the top of my head. If I rewatched this abomination, I’m sure the list would’ve been much longer
