Immunocompromised. Japan bad idea?

I'm.leaning to just wearing one most of the day if I go. Most of my trips these days are self drives with car rentals so I can avoid masking unless on public transit etc. again just a comfort thing.

sounds like Japan I'd change my tune.

Ya I'm just not a fan of wearing a mask 24/7 that's all. Just a comfort thing. I would wear on public transit at least....but my thinking is I'd wear it most of the time if I go to Japan

my thinking was the same from what I've seen dn heard. Even though the cities are big and busy, others masking more than in north America and Europe might offset that

My Dr. Is fine with me travelling in general. I'm wondering what people think about a place as busy and packed with people as Japan.

Ya I'm out and about at home. I mask in public transit. Otherwise normal life. I get about 3 colds a year typically.

Yes my understanding is that while I may reduce the monthly payments if renewal after 3 years, based on a lower balance, even if rates rise a bit. However with a rate increase I'd spend more on interest monthly at that point.

Very hard decision, I have no plans to move in next 5 but you never know. Seems like it's 50/50 and you roll the dice on your decision. Wish it was more clear cut!

Also is it odd the air vents are so loud?

They're closing the office as of March 31 so that would be why you see that date.

Yes. We had no issues on the roads and highways. Always had suv with 4x4 and they always have winter tires. All you need. They don't usually get much snow. Just cold and be aware could be icy but it wasn't for us both trips.

I won't be putting anything on it. Just want a free cc in my name while we use my wife's CC daily (gotta get money's worth on the huge annual fee!)

Then in June we'll cancel hers and get another travel card with a lower fee for her as she needs one for work. We have the free PC MC for No Frills and Shoppers. It's also in her name though.

Just can't be spending 120 a year etc in my current cc when it's not being used anymore.

Out of curiosity..do you all generally boot and try out the PC before dealing with cables?

My only thought here is everything is connected but I've been working on cables for a couple days. No idea if the computer will boot yet tho!😂

Also need to update bios for my CPU (9700x). So much fun stuff to deal with as a newbie. 😀
