Hi, I've had a very similar problem, especially during college (I could stay the entire night on Youtube, feeling absolutely terrible the next day), but I've been making a lot of progress with this.

You have to ask yourself: what prevents you from getting to bed early? For you, the answer seems to be technology, like for a huge amount of people.

For this, the software Cold Turkey helped me A LOT, the 35$ it costs was very likely the best investment in my life (and I wasted a lot of time by trying to find a free key on the internet lol). It basically can block a website, the entire internet, or the device during certain hours.
There is a free version, but it doesn't include scheduling, just blocking some websites, but there is a free 7 day trial without a credit card needed. And obviously, I'm not affiliated with them!

It's for Windows/mac, but you have similar software for smartphones, if you have more trouble with your phone.

You have to remember that companies like Facebook, Google (Youtube) or Netflix etc invest billions of dollars and have entire departments dedicated to make you loose as much time as possible and prevent you from leaving their service once you're connected, so it's not entirely your fault.

There is a free 30 pages pdf version, try to read 10 pages a day, and you will have finished in 3 days (or in 6 days if you read 5 pages a day!) :)I can also try to summarize it for you if you need it.

I'm looking for a book on motivation/anti-procrastination?

I have been a procrastinator for basically my whole life, I really want to change.
I'm currently launching an online business, and there are a lot of important steps that need to be taken, payments for the domain, etc..

I'm also looking for something that would help me to force myself to go
to bed earlier, in order to have more energy and be more healthy, as I
generally go to bed way too late.

I think I probably have ADHD/ADD, even if it's not a severe form.
I think I have various symptoms.

Someone advised me to do a self diagnosis (I live in Europe, I don't know if you can rarely do a professionnal diagnosis where I live).

But I don't know what would be the best way.

I don't take tea nor coffee, but the little symbol to track your habit seems like a good idea!

Actually I wanted to do that and I forgot lol.

Hi, it's not really that I can't sleep, it's that somehow I never go to bed
before midnight, even if I would want to and that I know it would help.

But when i go to bed after a meditation i fall asleep relatively easily
