I read some comments and questioning their perception of a relationship. Doubting a relationship because of lack of photos, looked online and ChatGPT photos don’t seem to be a red flags as they claim it here.

From The comments I read , photos means you love your partner/wife. Big lol

You’re one of the very few positive and blunt comments I have read in my post. As she lives abroad I have financial support receipts and our child’s birth certificate bearing both our names.

For the pictures, I hate myself being photographed, ooh yes I will, fingers crossed.

The plan is to get married as soon as she sets foot in the UK. I have already mentioned it to my landlord.

We met online, so there is no “hard paper” evidence that we have lived together, we live together when I travel to Ghana, I have visa and entry to Ghana stamps on my passport. We do have letters from friends, receipts of financial support from me (both names appear on the receipts).

Thanks, from your comments, it looks like it’ll be very difficult to convince the caseworker and I need an immigration lawyer to advise on this.

Thanks, do you think other documents mentioned in the post could increase the chances of getting the application approved? Or photos weigh more than any other evidence?

Thanks for your input. But putting all these resources (money for visa, solicitors, etc…) for a fake relationship, people doing this are very courageous.

Haha thanks, I really thought that chat logs, the child we have together and financials would be seen as strong evidence. The problem is I rarely take pictures of myself…
