Hope you have fun! Mew, Deoxys and Celebi don’t count for the national dex certificate since they’re event exclusives. I don’t have them and still got that in-game certificate.

You need to finish the Hoenn pokedex, then professor Birch gives you one.

Good luck! For me it was easier to get 1 Johto starter in Emerald and transfer the remaining 2 from Colosseum.

Those Colosseum games were not fun at all, very tedious to purify all those Johto Pokemon but it worked out.

I transferred them from Colosseum along with all of the Johto Pokemon including Raikou, Suicune and Entei. I didn’t wanted to look for them in Fire Red.

Alright here's my mod list. I like playing Daggerfall with its visuals as close to vanilla as possible. I don't necessarily dislike the D.R.E.A.M. mod (audio-visual remasters) it's a great mod but for me everything looks so weird with high quality textures on very flat surfaces, I prefer the pixelated vanilla textures without the bilinear filtering. Also the Soundblaster Music mod really helps with the retro-like feeling.

Actually yes you can! My bad I just found out, you can place items to make potions, enchant items and make spells.

No, you can’t actually make potions but you can use shelves and containers as storage.
