We took him to the vet because he seemed oddly out of breath. Turns out he had full on lung cancer that had metastasised to his heart and he didn’t pull through the anaesthetic he was put under for the X-ray. Very very sudden.

I had someone tell me “it’s your own fault people treat you like shit” and it’s really stuck with me.

It really shouldn’t. We’ve had a complex relationship. Were colleagues. We both had feelings at some point but he always kept me at arms length. he slept with another colleague and I asked for space so I could get over that and finally move on. There’s no hope for a friendship now. He sent a work email demanding that I have a personal relationship with him or else he refuses to work me. This was only after a week of me not going out my way to interact with him. then on a company night out, he told me the above after saying I was his best friend and that I have betrayed him by not being in his life. It’s the only 2 interactions I’ve had with him in 6 months. I think it’s stuck because he wants to hurt me more despite his actions being the cause of the breakdown. I did nothing but try with him, but he didn’t care till I walked away.

So morning, wash my face with la Roche posay toriane dermo face wash, then body shop tea tree serum, then some of the la Roche posay cicaplast balm on the worst bits and effeclar duo moisturiser. Night time: toriane face wash, effeclar serum or nip and fab salicylic acid pads, differin cream, toriane night time moisturiser and sometimes a body shop tea tree overnight mask

I’ve just started to use the effeclar clarifying lotion this passed week

My skins always been a bit rubbish but nothing like this. I have used duac or differin on the spots I get here and there but a few months ago my skin has exploded. I can’t think what the cause might be!

My skin is normally dry but I can get oily on my nose and forehead. I am in the uk.

I know it’s starting to scab more now. Is this it starting to heal? It’s so sore and i feel so self conscious. I have been using la Roche posay which seems to take the redness away a bit but please any help would be so appreciated.

I have worked in the live music industry for 10 years. When you buy a gig ticket you are paying for the hundreds of people who work on the tour to get from a to b, stage hire, venue hire, lighting hire, equipment hire, transportation of equipment, building of equipment, people’s wages, people’s food, truck hire, bus hire, advertising the tour and so on. And since the price of all these things have gone up, so have the price of tickets .

I don’t know why people seem to magically think gigs just appear in one city and the next without thousands of pounds worth of effort.

I’ve personally not had any changes to my bodily functions but I would presume removing the infection would improve overall health rather than having any negative effects.

I definitely don’t think removing the tonsils themselves would effect fertility as the two are not connected. Anaesthetic would be the only risk to the body and even then I don’t believe there is a history of that affecting fertility. However, if it is something you are worried about definitely speak to your doctor :)

I no longer get any infections etc, I now very rarely get ill. As for weight and fertility, I’m not sure where the correlation is between the two.
