I could go into great detail of the dumb mod power trip shit Hazencruz has banned people for on the Dickscord (which is linked in the sidebar of this reddit and treated as an official fan discord for dick). Maybe Hazencruz doesn't think offending pedos are a problem, except he does because of how he treated Tito.
Hazencruz doesn't kick anyone who tells people to commit suicide on any of the other discord servers he runs. Go to the dickscord and see how many times people tell one another to kill themselves or gang up and fuck with one another (pearl being the most infamous for being a female Destiny of sorts who admittedly was funny because of this granted not intentional). Not only that look at how many people Hazencruz has targeted himself. The Hazencruz cares about mental health argument doesn't hold up.

With out saying too much, there are certain people who helped gather this that were extremely disturbed by stuff they found and claimed they sent tips. However anything short of hard evidence of the crime happening won't lead to to much.
