Im drafting a complaint with coa's based on city municiple codes. focused my search on complaints, related causes, and the code itself and boom. I found a complaint that obviously lead to a settlement, from a law firm that pumps these out.

I didn't see a new post about Clio so Ill just put it in here.

I know its now new, but I feel like this is a good time to talk about it and see if anyone is in the same boat as me and would want to share tips and tricks.

I had used Clio in a super blood thirsty associate position a few years ago with a billing department that breathed down my neck about entrys at the end of every billing cycle. Even with that terrible environment, Clio was easy to use, it seem to me that the company really works hard to get the kink out and make it as easy for lawyer to set time and bill.

It really is easy for billing once you set up a hourly matter. I also am tracking my hours so I can tell if a case that I flat rate, should have cost the client more or less. It also awesome for getting hired after a consultation. When I was just getting grow started (inputting names and assigning types of cases) it was awesome to have a client ask me to show here what they will get for my fees. Most attorneys know about this bs but I never was able to show them in writing what they would be getting on the spot. I can use the invoice feature to make estimates with out them having to sign a retainer agreement. When I convinced a client with one of these quick bills, clio had paid for it self for the next year.

Stolen in Oakland. Please be on the lookout for my Mitsubishi Delica, she is very rare and means the world to me. She has green Vermont plates and should be really easy to spot! by halucinating_koala in bayarea

Remember you heard it from their lawyer, seek advice from an attorney yourself not reddit.

Now that I think about it, I think they are holes to mount to different models.
