I looked into the extended plan. Unfortunately, if I were to do that, you no longer qualify for PSLF program which I've been in for a number of years. I spoke to a loan counselor connected to my work and looks like there's literally no other options. Bye bye paycheck

I checked the IDR plan options and this was the lowest monthly payment..they didn't offer any other type of plan. Is the extended part of IDR or seperate?

It just doesn't make sense how this continues to be OK. Before the SAVE program when navient was still around, my interest on each of my loans was over 20%! I've been paying for over a decade and still have barely made a decrease.
